Video Editor
We are looking for a skilled and efficient Real Estate Video Editor who can work with raw footage to create polished, high-quality videos that showcase our properties effectively. You’ll be working on an average of 3-4 real estate videos per day, transforming raw footage into visually appealing and engaging property tours. Our videos play a crucial role in attracting potential buyers, so attention to detail and an eye for aesthetic appeal are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Edit 3-4 real estate videos daily, maintaining consistent quality and timely delivery
Work with raw footage that typically includes 30-50 files (20-30 seconds each) per project
Efficiently process and edit videos, usually within 2-2.5 hours per video, as achieved by our current editors
Incorporate client branding and style guidelines into each video for a cohesive and professional look
Collaborate with team members and clients to understand specific video requirements or special instructions
Perform color grading, sound editing, and stabilizing shots as needed for polished results
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with the brand's style and make revisions as directed by the agents
Requirements
Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably with real estate or similar industry experience
1 to 2 years of experience in video editing.
Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, & After Effects)
Access to an advanced laptop or computer setup capable of handling video editing software smoothly without any lag
Ability to work efficiently with large quantities of footage, managing multiple projects per day
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work Monday to Saturday, maintaining flexibility to meet deadlines as required
